Don't Mess with a Miserable Prego Lady!

I had my 24 week check today and, let's face it - - I'm MISERABLE! I'm nauseated every day. I can't walk up a flight of stairs without having to sit down. I am the Queen Slug of the Year!
So, I asked my doctor, "Doc, why am I so miserable?" And he replies, "it's your body's way of saying we're not having 7 kids!". Um. . .yes, I may not live through this one, so let's not get ahead of ourselves . .

So then he asked if I had any OTHER questions - I said, Yep, Just one.
HOW EARLY WILL YOU LET ME HAVE THIS BABY!?

He laughed and was like, "you're only 24 weeks? You've got a long way to go."
I'm like, "Don't remind me. . . just answer the *&^% question!" LOL

So he looks at the calendar and says, "how does June 9th sound?" I'm like "Ok, but are you sure you won't be leaving out of town or anything so I can have him 3 weeks early?"

Obviously, his hearty laugh was my answer.
But now I have a light at the end of the tunnel!
I'm banking on JUNE 9th, 2009!
And the name of the day is Remy Ray Genessy.


P.S. Congrats to Jody & Heather for their safe arrival of Aidan Connor! We're going to visit him and mom & dad tonight!! We're so excited for them! :)
