2nd Counselor in the Stake YW's Presidency!!
I was totally floored! Can you imagine me corrupting not only the Young Women in my ward, but now the entire stake? ;) I'm so emotional right now!

I was totally floored! Can you imagine me corrupting not only the Young Women in my ward, but now the entire stake? ;) I'm so emotional right now!
This has been such an emotioal roller coaster for me. On the one hand, I'm going to miss the closeness with my own girls. I'm going to miss our wednesday night activities. I'm going to miss my amazing presidency, especially my 1st counselor who has been with me the entire time! I'm really sad because I never saw it coming.
BUT - I am so excited to stay with the Young Women program. I still get to go to Girls' camp, Youth Conference, BIG YW Activities, We'll HAVE big YW Activities and I can go to my ward whenever we don't have stake meetings and see my girls. It's just going to be different. AND our Stake YW's President is AMAZING, WONDERFUL, FUN and I could go on and on. I'm really really looking forward to working with her.
Are you guys as floored as I am? Not only that, Saturday Night - I was one of the speakers at the Stake Relief Society Conference. That was a neat (nervewrecking) opportunity. I thing I gave my 20 minute talk in 10 minutes! LOL!! But the conference was so uplifting, the other speakers were amazing. It was very empowering and I'm thankful for my part in it.
NOW THAT EVERYTHING IS ALL OVER - - I am going to sleep so peacefully tonight! :)
or at least, go back to bed when the boys go to school. ;).

AND ANY YOUNG WOMEN READING THIS - YOU KNOW I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!! I'll still see you, you can still text me, email me and especially come visit me!! (You have to come see the baby, right?) I'll still be a part of your lives. And I still love you as much, and more :)

So not shocked. What was shocking was how perfectly you related to those girls when I was at Girls Camp with you...I watched in awe.
I heard the news yesterday in Sacrament Meeting. Congratulations!!! You will do great and I'm sure Sister Marsh is so thrilled to have you!!!

How did I miss this announcement?? I thought that I was on-time to church? Oh wait... we got there right after that would have been announced. Congratulations though!
Waaaah! I'll be sad we're not Prez-buddies anymore, but we can still talk YW. I know you heart YW.
