Back to Reality

*Sigh*

So - - we're back. Have been for a week now. Coming home was like a kick in the pants. lol.

It was a hard adjustment for me. I think I slept the whole week! But it's back to life & reality. The boys have 2 more days of school and won't have to go back until August 25th! They've been so fun lately. I'm really excited to spend the summer with them! (Maybe I should save this blog for the days I'll want to eat my words! lol)

So last night was Taylorsville Dayzz. Carnival, Fireworks & a Niel Diamond Impersonator! Wahoo!! ( just don't tell them we hail from Kearns or we might have to have a rumble)

The fireworks are amazing! We used to go to Sugarhouse Park religiously on July 4th, but after these fireworks we won't go back. My boys love them. Brady is hilarious. When he gets excited, he clenches his fists, opens his mouth in a hungry baby bird fashion and squeezes his arms so hard he shakes and his elbows jut out to his shoulders! it's hilarious! and last night, I got proof!!

This picture is hilarious to me! This cute 15 month old, Callie, was following Colby around everywhere while we were waiting for fireworks. I think the look in his eyes is PRICELESS!!

Too bad that look in girl's directions won't last through those teen years!
