Today was so fun because I actually saw EVERYONE in my family today. That rarely happens! Only on Christmas, some funerals, and whenever my mom cooks :)
I'm the oldest of 6 kids. I have 4 brothers and my younger sister. (There's Myself, Marshall, Micah, Andrew, Jon & Bekah)
My mom affectionately calls her girls "the bookends".
Here's how my day started:
My boys slept over at FrammaJo's and my brother, Marsh (brother#1) lives with her. So we saw him when I went to pick up Brady & Colby. Then my mom & I met up with brother #3, Andrew & his fiancee, Barbara to babysit their 2 year old, Conner for a bit. So we took Conner over to my OTHER brother, Micah's (bro # 2) house. We visited with Micah & his wife, Jenny and played with their 2 kids.
Then we left to take Conner back and when we got to my mom's place when my sister, Bekah & her hubby Randy were dropping by to grab their mail. So I chatted with Bekah for a bit. Then my brother Jon (brother #4) & his girlfriend Candice stopped by my mom's. It was just so cool! you always forget how much you love your family until you realize that you're a lazy, loser you've become and need to make a better effort to get out to see everyone! :)
It was just super fun!
and i did hold a tarantula in my hand!! True story! Micah & Jon like to collect strange animals. Micah has 4 tarantulas & "monster" the python. Jon has scorpions, lizards, a tortoise, turtles, snakes and bunnies! LOL Colby actually pet the scorpion, which I was too afraid to even look at, but I did hold a tarantula and "Monster" the python. (wow, am I a mom with boys or what? LOL) All in all, though. It was a great day! I should stop being so snobby/busy/lazy sometime. :)
(ps, I saw 1/2 of Kelly's family on Friday as well. His 2 sisters and my niece & nephew. I think I saw my mom-n-law during the week too. . . so Jody & Heather you're the only ones I'm missing that are here in Utah :) - - I must add you or it will break my chain lol! )

It's always fun to get together with family. We are the same way, Ryan has brothers really close, but we don't even see them once a month. We should make more effort!
