GOBLINS & GHOULS

For Mother's Day Weekend, my mom & my brother Marshall (with his 2 cute kids - - Azalea & Andreas) my 2 cute boys & ME, went for the weekend in Southern Utah. (Chunk my hunk is in San Diego for work this week - tough gig lol)

HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TO GOBLIN VALLEY!!?? If you answered no, (which you're not alone. I had only heard of it before because Marshall frequented goblin for many summers in his early twenties - He'll be 30 on MAY 25TH!!!! ha ha ha) IT IS SOOOO AWESOME!!! We spent hours here! it's humongous rock formations shaped like people. It's the coolest thing I've ever seen! My boys were in heaven!! They climbed and played for hours.

We found Indian petroglyphs by our camp. The sign said they belive they are from the Freemont Indians from between about 300 AD - 1300 AD. Pretty cool.

And don't forget Arches National Park! Brady LOVES the Delicate Arch. Last year when we went, we only went to the "lookout" point and you could barely see it! He was kinda disappointed, so we promised we'd hike it this year! the hike was INSANE!! Nearly straight uphill the whole way - but even my mom & Colby made it! And it was WORTH IT! :)

Brady was NOT disappointed. :) We can't wait to do it again next year! I think we're going to camp in Goblin Valley next year. It was soo much fun!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO EVERYONE!!!

I came home to a dozen HUGE beautiful brownie point scoring long stemmed pink tulips and Stephenie Meyer's new book "The Host". KELLY ALWAYS DOES AWESOME!!! :) I think I'll keep him around for a while longer. . . . :)
