Out of the mouth of Babes - - Thursdays are my day to help at the boys' school. So I'm in Colby's class lining up for lunch and one of Colby's friends says, "How old are you?" I just smiled at him. (Like I'll really tattle on myself - usually the boys do that for me) He said, "You're 14, aren't you?" I laughed really loud and said "Yep. Yes I am". Then he leans over and whispers to me, "I know you're really 20. But my mom is 33 so she's way older than you." ROFL!!!! I was trying so hard not to laugh at him! He was so sincere. It was just so cute! :) He made my whole day.
And that just reminded me of another cute story. One of my friends came up to me in church a couple of weeks ago and told me this story. She & her 3 year old daughter were looking through a "People" magazine and saw a picture of a non-pregnant-looking Jamie Lynn Spears. Her daughter says, "Look, Mom, It's Ane". And my friend says, "Ane? You mean Ane, that lives in our ward?" And her daughter says, "yeah, Mom, it's Ane and she's famous."
That made my whole YEAR!! :)
So here's the proof LOL - - so where's my paycheck??? :)
