The Neverending Story

Just this week:

1. Kelly woke up with severe chest pains at 4am Monday.
2. Kelly is rushed by ambulance to the ER
3. (Yes, this is after all our fun LAST WEEK with strep throat)
4. Kelly's heart is FINE (thank heavens) but he has a perferated ulcer on his stomach, leaking air & juices into his abdominal cavity.
5. Is taken to St. Mark's and undergoes surgery.
6. Spends 3 days in the hospital.
7. Ane gets in a verbal altercation with Kelly's CNA because she won't let Remy into Kelly's room. (Ane argues back, Remy is 4 months old and nursing. Can't leave him home! I'll even sign a friggin waver to say I won't sue the hospital if Remy gets sick. Dang H1N1 garbage!)
8. Kelly's wonderful mom, Patty; sis Natalie and sis Tami comes to the hospital and rotates shifts watching baby so we can all sit with Kelly. Can't forget big bro Jody coming to the rescue!! Giving Kelly a blessing and moral support for Ane.
9. Kelly is recovering at home. Super sore, miserable and tired. But surviving!
10. Thank you also to Tandy for all your help with my big boys!!

11. Last night, Ane goes with all her girlfriends to escape the fun at home to see New Moon!

NOT TO WORRY: Kelly is doing well. He's eating more each day and is just trying to sleep and recuperate. He'll be fine - - Just don't let him see this : ha ha ha

We have so much to be thankful for this year!
We are richly blessed and are so grateful for health, family, friends, a great work and boss that work with Kelly and great insurance!! We are so blessed! :)
